Things to Note

1. Payment Policies

All bookings made before the 1/5/2012 will receive an exclusive online early booking discount of up to 50%. This discount is available between November 2011 and upto 20th June 2012. Please note this offer is subject to full payment being charged at the time of booking, this is non refundable offer.

The deposit and service charge are required now to confirm and guarantee your reservation, the remainder is due on arrival to take your tour or as specified by the tour provider in the Terms & Conditions on this page. Deposits are non-refundable and form part of your total tour cost.

2. Cancellation Policies

Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the tour provider at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time, or as specified by the tour provider in the Terms & Conditions on this page. Otherwise the tour company may retain a charge from your credit or debit card in accordance with the tour company's terms and conditions. If you cancel or alter any individual part of your reservation, then the deposit will be not be refunded or transferred.
